Technical Specifications
The finned tube is made of sa179 material with an outer diameter of 25.4 mm and the fins are made of 1060 aluminum.
The number of 433 fins/m was considered for optimal air turbulence.
The outer diameter and thickness of the fins were chosen to be 57.15 and 0.28 mm, respectively, in order to obtain the best heat transfer coefficient.
The finned tube bundle is tested at a pressure of 15 bar.
Aluminum fins with special anti-corrosion coating can be ordered for special and dangerous environments.
